Jerry's Towing is #1 in towing in the Midwest. Our main goal is to delight our customers. Almost every situation we encounter people are in some sort of crisis, whether it's a baby locked in a car, a motor vehicle accident, or a breakdown on the highway. Our people want to exceed your expectations! We want to get there before you expect us, we want to perform the service better than you expect, and we want to provide more value for your money than you expect. This is a tall order! We feel it requires great people, great equipment, and an environment that encourages growth. Our number one asset is our people! Our screening process for new applicants is very thorough. As well as a clean driving record, we require all our operators to have a valid Lockout License. This requires a complete RCMP background check. We look for people willing to serve. Jerry's Towing is a division of City Center Autobody. Being a part of the most successful body shop in Lloydminster has many advantages. Part of our training procedures involves examining vehicles in the shop to illustrate attachment points and discuss recovery and towing techniques. As well, the opportunity to view the inside of doors enhances the operator's ability to unlock that vehicle in the field. We provide the latest training available and encourage professional growth through industry magazine subscriptions and video training. Every operator, full-time or part-time, is required to complete a Wreckmaster training course and complete a "hands on" towing and recovery program at our storage facility. Whether it be rolling over a vehicle or recovery vehicles from an accident scene, it is all practiced first before it is attempted in the field. Please review the section on Our People.
