Upon arriving at our facilities we take each customer through a process. First, our I-CAR Gold Class trained estimators will do an inspection of the damage area to determine the extent of the repairs needed. Then they will update the customers insurance company of the needed repairs and materials. If needed City Center will then set the customer up with a rental vehicle. City Center will then begin the repair process and with the use of Mitchell and Audatex estimating systems ensure only quality manufacturer recommended replacement parts are used.

     City Center uses high tech equipment like a frame rack with precise laser guided measurements to ensure proper vehicle alignment. A computerized color match system for that exact flawless paint match. A highly economical down draft paint booth which has a filtered downward airflow that envelopes the vehicle with a curtain of clean and dry, heated air.

     Each vehicle entering the shop for repairs receives an application of a clear water soluble coating that is designed to protect the vehicle from paint and primer over spray. Before leaving our shop our detailing staff ensures that every vehicle is presented to the customer in showroom condition.
