Over the years City Center has developed multiple divisions to better accommodate the customer's needs. We have added an auto rental company, Hertz, as well as a towing company, Jerry's Towing. We can pick you and your vehicle up right from the scene of an accident, bring you to our body shop to get the estimating process rolling and then set you up in one of our rental vehicles all of which will be taken care of by your insurance company.

Our number one asset is our people! Our screening process for new applicants is very thorough. As well as a clean driving record, we require all our operators to have a valid Lockout License. This requires a complete RCMP background check. We look for people willing to serve. Part of our training procedures involves examining vehicles in the shop to illustrate attachment points and discuss recovery and towing techniques. As well, the opportunity to view the inside of doors enhances the operator's ability to unlock that vehicle in the field. We provide the latest training available and encourage professional growth through industry magazine subscriptions and video training. Every operator, full-time or part-time, is required to complete a Wreckmaster training course and complete a "hands on" towing and recovery program at our storage facility. Whether it be rolling over a vehicle or recovery vehicles from an accident scene, it is all practiced first before it is attempted in the field.
